VISIONS, Inc. was founded on the belief that multicultural organizations and communities can be created and maintained by understanding and eliminating racism, sexism, ageism, classism, heterosexism, anti-semitism, adultism, ableism, violence and other forms of oppression and internalized oppression. Grounded in an African American tradition, we strive to:
VISIONS consultants apply behavioral and other social science technology
to address issues of injustice in ways that honor differing worldviews and
traditions. A key aspect is helping people in groups enhance their
work together in a way that supports equity and inclusiveness. We
offer individuals and groups in a broad range of business, education, human
service, and community development settings practical strategies, with
demonstrated efficacy, to enhance human resource management, conflict
resolution, and decision-making. Top of Page
